Inclusion (to the power of us) 3: better service through co-creation and connection

Service Connect, Macquarie University’s integrated shared services function, was formed in 2022 but 2023 marked the first complete calendar year of operation. Service Connect brings together a wide range of student and operations services into one centre for students and staff including admissions scholarships, and other administrative and education services. In June 2023 the Student360 Foundations project commenced. This project sought to allow Service Connect to find out more about students – getting a 360o view of their needs and expectations to design and deliver better services to students.
