Designing Future-Ready Student Administration: Building a Digital-First, Networked Support Model at Scale

Universities are under increasing pressure to deliver student administration that is both highly personalised and operationally scalable. In response, the University of Waikato commenced a Student Support Programme in August 2025 to intentionally redesign how student administration and support services are experienced across the student lifecycle.
