Joanna is the Director of Student and Academic Services at Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. She leads the Student Services function for the University which supports recruitment, outreach, retention and a range of student academic and advisory services, to enable the success of the University’s diverse student community.
Joanna is a member of the University’s Senior Leadership Team and co-led the redesign and reorganisation of student services in 2022.
