Annika Danielsson

Annika is the Senior Director, Student Experience & Management at Flinders University. As such, she oversees the end-to-end student experience from a services, planning and administration perspective for areas including admissions, student administration services, health, counselling and disability services, wellbeing, and student engagement & success activities including those of the student association. Annika has 20 years of management and leadership experience in higher education as well as expert delivery of innovation and change initiatives in a university context. She is an active member of sector-wide initiatives and has established a broad network of contacts particularly through her involvement with the Heads of Student Administration (HoSA) Board and previously as a member of the Technology One Customer Community (SMCEC). She is also a non-executive Board member of HES - For Higher Education.
