Allison Mitchell

Currently working within Student Administration in the tertiary sector and have for the past 15 years. I have developed a strong passion for improving the student experience via a digital lens, as well as improving the staff experience through coaching and mentoring. Within Student Administration I have worked within various roles from admissions to graduations. My current role manages a team who configure all Higher Education and VET courses and units within our Student Management Systems and actions our completions processes and conferral, as well as a team supports our University business users of our Student Management Systems through process and critical incident testing, enhancement testing and project engagement.
