Most of my working life has been spent in Tertiary Education, initially at Otago University and recently at Victoria University of Wellington. I have worked at both the Faculty and now centrally in roles associated with provision of academic advising and student administration. I have centralised this at Victoria using a holistic model of student support based on the "Living the Dream" model.
