Institution members are senior managers responsible for student and academic administration at their university. There is only one institution member for each organisation. Institution members have voting rights, including electing directors to the HoSA Board.

Individual members are university employees who work in senior student or academic administration roles. They are seeking to benefit from networking opportunities, resources, and information exchange.
